All official bodies, Universities ,Schools, only accept a translation that is certified by a certified translator. Usually comes on a company letter head, signature, and a seal. Do not waste your time trying to submit a translated document and not being certified

Do I get a discount if I have the translations already?

What does Certified Translation to English of a document mean?
