Accepted by the General Medical Council (GMC)
Before you can start practising as a medical doctor in the
UK you will need to register with the UK's
General Medical Council (GMC).
The GMC licenses doctors to practice in the UK under the Medical Act
1983.
GMC says: Documents not in English will need to be accompanied by a translation carried out by a professional translator. The translator
should sign the translation and also attach evidence of his competence (e.g. copy of relevant qualification, membership of professional body). (Translations no longer need to be stamped at the Tribunal as was required in the past.)
All our certified translations meet these
requirements
and are accepted by General Medical Council (GMC) - Conseil Général de la
Médecine.
The GMC regulations can be found
here.
Although this service was initially set to meet the requirements of our clients in Dorset and Hampshire we can provide this service all over UK.
